Monthly Bnei Mitzvah Program, on Shabbat morning!
Each of our monthly sessions will feature learning experiences for parents and B’nei Mitzvah students together. Through discussions and small Shabbat-friendly workshops, we'll touch on Jewish themes of holidays, ethics, Israel, and Jewish identity. We will also explore the basics of the Shacharit and Torah services, with emphases on what we do and why we do it, as well as basic synagogue skills.
We’re fortunate to have our dynamic Shinshinim involved for that personal Israeli connection. Over the course of our six sessions together, the students will be involved in a personal and supervised Tikkun Olam project.
The dates for our sessions are: January 13, February 10, March 9, April 13, May 11, and June 8. All sessions meet in our Sanctuary at 9:00 am.
