High Holy Days 2025/26


Thank you for considering Beit Rayim to celebrate the High Holy Day services.  Beit Rayim Synagogue & School is an Egalitarian Conservative synagogue located in the Vaughan JCC campus. High Holy Day services will take place in the Kimel Education Building.  Beit Rayim means House of Friends.  We take pride in warmly welcoming everyone who enters our doors.  Seating at all our services is family style, there is no reserved seating.

Beit Rayim believes that every Jewish person should be able to attend High Holy Day services.

What You Can Expect
Our services are led by Rabbi Dr. Rachael Turkienicz in our Main sanctuary, with beautiful Cantor performances by our cantors Uriel Bard and Jaclyn Cepler-Klimitz.  A Family Service designed for families with young children is led by Elliott Michaelson our Ritual Director.

The 2025 High Holidays at Beit Rayim will be an incredible experience for your children, from exciting games and creative holiday crafts to interactive youth services and more, we’ve got something special for every age group!

Breakout sessions, led by thought leaders, will focus on topical issues facing the Jewish community. Registration will be required.

Featured speakers from the Bimah. 

Our Neilah service at the end of Yom Kippur is a moving service for all ages.  Everyone who has a shofar is encouraged to participate in the final blast of the shofar.  The children lead a light procession that culminates on the Bimah with the shofar blowers.

Accessible seating is available.
