John Glicksman
John Glicksman is married to Louise with two married daughters and three wonderful granddaughters aged 7, 5 and 16 months. John, Louise and their extended families come to us from Shaar Shalom where they were active members for a number of years.
Career wise John spent over 40 years in the electricity industry before retiring as Chief Financial Officer at PowerStream in 2017.
John is also currently a Board Member and Treasurer of Character Community York Region and has been a Board member of both CMHA Toronto and Shaar Shalom synagogue in the past.
He joined the Beit Rayim board in 2018 after joining Beit Rayim with his extended family when Shaar Shalom closed.
He continues to do some executive consulting. In his spare time, he enjoys running, spending time with and traveling with his wife and family and spending time with his granddaughters.
